Seventy-five year later, it still comes down to people.

At Syntrio, being a part of our communities has always been at the core of who we are. From the start, we've believed that being part of our communities means more than just providing a service. It means showing up, listening, and building meaningful connections that go further than internet.

That mindset starts with being local to [the areas we serve](https://syntrio.net/communities-served/). Our employees live and work in the same areas, allowing us to provide stronger service, better support, and establish more genuine connections. It also gives us a deeper understanding of what makes each community unique. 

Our employees care about the places they call home, and it shows in how they give back. Whether it may be volunteering their time, supporting local events, or helping raise money for causes that matter the most to their neighbors.

Over the last 75 years, our team has contributed an estimated 90,000+ hours to community events, partnership, and local in events, partnerships, and local initiatives.

A few ways we have been involved in our communities include:  
- Organizing many [social media giveaways](https://www.facebook.com/SyntrioSolutions/) to engage and give back  
- Attending [local job fairs](https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1B2FtwTrrN/) to invest in and recruit homegrown talent  
- Hosting [community events](https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1D3CoHFiU7/), creating opportunities to connect with local residents and business  
- Participating in community traditions like the [Santa Rosa Roundup Parade](https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1D99YEBmD7/), celebrating local pride  
- Hosting [senior focused events](https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1RX2ySWAqn/) centered on safe technology and internet use

As we look ahead, we remain committed to showing up, giving back, and growing alongside the communities we're proud to call home. At the end of the day, we're more than just your internet provider, we're your neighbors.
